Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Tasks and Responsibilities:

•Maintaining warehouse systems.
•Providing principal point of contact for all Warehouse Operations, Materials and Equipment related matters.
•Coordinate Material for procurement of project materials to be utilized and mobilized within planned time frame for all equipment and materials in the field.
•Carrying out overall supervision and direction of all Warehouse activities with respect to warehouse, including Waste Management Co-ordination.
•Ensuring that all HSE requirements related to materials handling and storage are fully understood and met.
•Developing, promulgating, and executing all necessary procedures and instructions with respect to all aspects of material control, storage and forwarding.
•Assuring the liaison between Procurement, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders and Customs in order to control the supply chain and assure on time delivery.
•Maintaining close liaison with other operations on all material management related issues
•Responsible to maintaining Warehouse inventory-including Physical stock Inventory.
•Flexibility to travel to Iraq as per Field Work Rotation Basis.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree from recognized University in Accountancy/ Finance with Post-graduation of Material Management or similar.

Experience:

•Hands-On Experience on SAP Software is mandatory.
•Minimum 5-6 years in similar role within Upstream, Drilling, and Engineering & Construction and Maintenance for Oil & Gas industry.
