The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the proper maintenance, cleanliness, and operational condition of all company buildings, parking areas, offices, and conference rooms. The position ensures that all facilities are safe, functional, and maintained to the company’s standards, coordinating daily with internal departments and external service providers.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility or building maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting works.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise small teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of building materials and techniques. Good command of English (written and spoken).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities related to buildings, offices, parking areas, and conference facilities.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including painting, cleaning, air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all facility equipment (AC units, lighting systems, generators, etc.).
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and prepare weekly/monthly reports on work progress and requirements.
- Coordinate with all parties for specialized repair works or material supplies.
- Ensure timely replacement of damaged items (lights, fixtures, reflectors, etc.)
- Verify quality and completeness of maintenance tasks performed by internal or external teams.
- Monitor the cleanliness and aesthetic condition of all assigned areas, ensuring a professional image.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE standards during all maintenance activities.
- Support setup and maintenance of conference rooms and meeting spaces (lighting, seating, AC).
- Assist in preparing annual maintenance plans and material requirements.
